Reviews and Ratings
The hotel at the lovely, peaceful Mossel Bay Point was so nice, perfectly located, and the view was beautiful. The location is fantastic with a stunning view of the ocean and close to nice restaurants, although some minor details could be improved. The service was not up to par during our stay for a few days in Mossel Bay, with efforts from the staff despite lacking management. The dining experience was good overall, but some cleaning issues were noticed. The rooms, though beautiful and well-located, had some maintenance issues like the broken door handle and the non-functioning lift.
The hotel offers spacious and comfortable rooms but can be noisy during the day. The service is friendly but expensive. The location is stunning with breathtaking sea views. The dining experience lacks variety. The facilities are adequate.
Despite some room issues, the hotel's location offers breathtaking views by the sea. The service wasn't satisfactory due to staff behavior. The dining experience was okay, although cleanliness could be improved.
I had a mixed experience at this hotel. While the rooms were a bit cold and lacked proper curtains for privacy, the service was exceptional with friendly and prompt staff. The location offered stunning views but had some minor drawbacks. The dining options were somewhat limited, but the facilities were decent overall.
The hotel was clean and quiet, except for the early morning foghorn from the nearby lighthouse. The smell like poop lingered throughout the day, possibly indicating a drainage issue. On the bright side, our family room booked through Bookings was spacious and comfortable.
