The Point Hotel & Spa, Mossel Bay

The hotel at the lovely, peaceful Mossel Bay Point was so nice, perfectly located, and the view was beautiful. The location is fantastic with a stunning view of the ocean and close to nice restaurants, although some minor details could be improved. The service was not up to par during our stay for a few days in Mossel Bay, with efforts from the staff despite lacking management. The dining experience was good overall, but some cleaning issues were noticed. The rooms, though beautiful and well-located, had some maintenance issues like the broken door handle and the non-functioning lift.
